Group winners qualify directly for the Last 32. All second-placed and third-placed players of each group will play in an additional round to qualify for the remaining 16 places in the Last 32.

The number of participants is limited to 80. Registration is valid only with payment (75 euros).

A registration per email is necessary!

If you are living in a country outside the European Union or the euro zone and would prefer to pay by PayPal, please add this request in your registration email and you will be provided the necessary details.

IMPORTANT! As reason for payment please give the following details: “Entry Fee VSO 2023” and the player’s full name!

When transferring the money from outside the euro zone, the bank transfer fees are to be borne by you. Please mind the corresponding settings when using online banking or PayPal.

A confirmation email will be sent after the receipt of the entry fee.
Registrations are ranked according to the receipt date of the entry fee in our or the PayPal’s account. We reserve the right to give away 30 wild cards. After the first 50 places are occupied a waiting list will be opened (again in the chronological order of the receipt of the entry fees). We ask for your forbearance that in case of a withdrawal from the tournament after the publication of the draw (approximately two weeks prior to the start of the tournament) we cannot refund the entry fee. Players who are on the waiting list and whom we cannot offer a place in the tournament will get their entry fee back in any case.
